Arrival and Setup:

The Artist arrives 2 hours before the ceremony to set up and get started.

Choosing the Location:

Before the event, the artist and client select a location with a clear view of key elements (altar, reception, garden).

​

 

Painting Process:

Pre-Ceremony: Artist arrives before ceremony with the basic composition of the background already started. Then, adding details, key elements, and the couple!

​

 

During Ceremony/Reception: Artist works for 4-6 hours (including setup), painting the scene, capturing the couple, interacting with guests, etc.

​

 

Post-Ceremony: Artist will take the painting home and finish it there! This includes adding details and varnishing.

​

 

Engagement:

The artist will chat with guests, discussing the painting and the day's event!

​

 

Completion:

Final touches and details will be added after the event, including varnishing, taking 4-6 hours.

​

 

Delivery:

Painting is shipped or hand-delivered after final touches.

​

 

Additional Details:

• Turn around time is 2-3 weeks after the event.

• This service is using acrylic paint only.

• Adding texture is optional and can be done upon the client's request.

• Additional fee for painting more than four people.

• Additional fee for travel over 50 miles from home location.

• Additional fee for shipping

• Paid in two to three installments.
